Description: The supply chain is shifting. Using Regionalization theory, this course compares the logistics risks and costs of Asian manufacturing versus North American nearshoring. Participants perform a Total Landed Cost analysis, comparing the Shanghai-to-Long Beach route against the Bajío-to-Laredo corridor.
