Description: Remote work requires different processes. Grounded in Virtual Workflow Theory, this course adapts Lean principles to the digital office. Participants learn to convert synchronous meetings into asynchronous workflows using tools like Loom and Slack to reduce fatigue.

Apply Lean principles to digital workflows to reduce "Zoom Fatigue" and increase focus time.

Convert a synchronous meeting into an asynchronous workflow using Loom/Slack.
