She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Cristina possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical business application. This is demonstrated through her extensive experience leading complex information and knowledge management initiatives while simultaneously shaping future business leaders. She is a professional in the management of information and knowledge services, with deep experience in educational, instructional, and training processes.

Her leadership in the educational sector is highlighted by her role as an adjunct professor at the Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato (UVEG), where she teaches undergraduate courses in business administration and business theory. In this capacity, she provides academic advising and feedback, creates support content, and works to ensure student retention and academic quality.

In the business sphere, Cristina has a proven track record of executive leadership. As the former Head of the Digital Information Center at UVEG, she was responsible for managing all digital collections and materials, collaborating on the development of the Digital Information System, and operating the institution's training plan. Prior to that, she spent over a decade as the Coordinator of the Library Information Center at the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Irapuato Campus. There, she managed all departmental areas, personnel, and information systems while also delivering training on databases, digital libraries, and publishing styles.

Cristina holds two master's degrees from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey: one in Information Sciences and Knowledge Management and another in Business Administration. She earned her Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Business Administration from the Universidad del Bajío.
