As Managing Principal of Synergy Growth Advisors, Shawn brings over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic growth initiatives across diverse industries. His entrepreneurial mindset and value-driven approach have helped numerous companies build scalable revenue engines that deliver consistent growth.
Shawn holds a Master of Science in Sales Leadership from the University of Houston, where his research focused on optimizing revenue operations for mid-market companies. He is also the author of the highly regarded industry blog The Sales Leadership Playbook, where he shares insights on revenue strategy, sales leadership, and growth optimization.
Prior to founding Synergy Growth Advisors, Shawn served as Head of Strategy & Business Development at Maintainer Corporation, where he spearheaded a value-oriented sales team to grow revenue by more than 70% during his tenure. At Miller Electric Mfg., he pioneered the creation of a "Work Truck" sales channel, growing it from $200,000 to $20,000,000 per year.
Shawn is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Capella University and Master of Science in Sales Leadership from the University of Houston.
