Description: One leadership style does not fit all. Grounded in the Hersey-Blanchard Model, this course teaches managers to diagnose employee readiness and adapt their behavior accordingly. Participants learn to toggle effectively between Directing, Coaching, Supporting, and Delegating based on the specific development level of their direct reports.
